Pasteurizers / boilers

The SIDE tunnel pasteurizer is designed for the automatic pasteurization of pasta, ideal for fresh products such as ravioli, cappelletti, gnocchi, lasagna sheets, and other filled or unfilled formats.

Pre-dryers

The SIDE multi-deck pre-dryer is designed for the controlled reduction of surface moisture on pasta following pasteurization. Using temperature-regulated hot air, it helps stabilize the product and improve handling in downstream processes.

Combined pasteurizers / boilers

Sprial freezer

The SIDE spiral freezer is designed for the fast and controlled freezing of fresh pasta, using a spiral conveyor system inside a low-temperature insulated chamber.

Multi-tier freezers

SIDE multi-tier freezers are machines designed for the fast and uniform freezing of food products, similar in operation to multi-tier coolers but dedicated to low-temperature treatment.

Dryers/Sterilizers
