Our story

SIDE PROTECH was born from the vision and passion of Denis Simonetto, an artisan who gained solid experience working with both food production companies and machinery manufacturers. In 2014, Denis founded the company in San Martino di Lupari (Padua) as a sole proprietorship, focusing on the design and construction of fresh pasta plants. From the very beginning, the company stood out for its search for innovative and customized technical solutions.

Growth soon followed: the team expanded, expertise increased, and in 2017 SIDE PROTECH introduced its first thermal treatment spirals, marking an important milestone in its evolution.

With the relocation of production to the new facility in Castione di Loria (Treviso), SIDE PROTECH consolidated its industrial dimension and began developing increasingly advanced technologies. Among them, the spirals with patented DirectDrive system and the lines dedicated to the treatment of stabilized pasta, which further strengthened the company’s reputation on the market.

In 2024, to ensure continuity of growth and open new development opportunities, SIDE PROTECH became a limited liability company (S.r.l.). In the same year, the company launched the self-supporting DirectDrive Stacker spiral, a major innovation that reflects its constant commitment to progress, research, and technology.

Today, SIDE PROTECH is a benchmark in the industry, combining craftsmanship, advanced engineering, and an international vision, delivering reliable and customized solutions for the food industry.
