Spiral pasteurizer
The SIDE spiral pasteurizer is a compact and efficient solution for the continuous pasteurization of food products, ideal for ravioli, gnocchi, lasagna, and other fresh pasta formats.
Unlike tunnel systems, this machine uses a stainless steel spiral conveyor along which the product travels either upward or downward. During this transit, the product remains for the required time inside an insulated chamber, where saturated steam is injected to carry out the thermal treatment.
The system provides high thermal efficiency and uniform pasteurization, while significantly reducing the floor space required compared to traditional tunnels. Process parameters are automatically controlled via PLC, with recipe storage for different products.
