Pasteurizers / boilers
The SIDE tunnel pasteurizer is designed for the automatic pasteurization of pasta, ideal for fresh products such as ravioli, cappelletti, gnocchi, lasagna sheets, and other filled or unfilled formats.
The product is placed onto a stainless steel conveyor belt and passes through a saturated steam chamber, where it remains for the time necessary to complete the thermal treatment. All process parameters, including temperature and dwell time, are automatically managed by a PLC, with the ability to store preset recipes for different types of products.
At the end of the tunnel, an optional pre-drying unit can be integrated, useful to facilitate subsequent processing steps.
