Cappelletti forming machines
SIDE cappelletti (tortellini) forming machines are dedicated units for the automatic production of cappelleti, single-sheet ravioli, tortelloni, and filled pillow shapes. Designed for precision and reliability, they ensure excellent sealing and product definition across a range of formats.
The machine processes a single sheet of pasta, onto which the filling is deposited continuously before forming. A variety of shapes can be produced simply by changing the forming group.
Available in 250 mm and 540 mm sheet widths, the machine can be integrated into automatic production lines or used as a stand-alone unit. Production capacity ranges from 100 to 400 kg/h, depending on the product shape and weight.
