Cutting/Nesting machine
The SIDE cutting/nesting machine is designed for the automatic longitudinal and cross-cutting of pasta sheets, allowing the production of various formats such as tagliatelle, pappardelle, fettuccine, or lasagna sheets.
The machine can be equipped with an optional nesting unit for the automatic creation of "C" or "S" shaped nests, which can be placed directly on the conveyor belt or inside packaging, depending on production needs.
An additional module is also available for the automatic stacking of lasagna sheets, placing them one on top of the other to facilitate downstream handling or packaging.
