Scrap return system
The scrap return system is designed for the automatic recovery of pasta waste generated during the production process. Using a combination of belt conveyors and a Venturi blower, the system collects production scraps, grinds them, and reintegrates them into the process by sending them back to the dough mixer through a controlled-pressure pneumatic system.
This solution allows for waste reduction, optimized use of raw materials, and improved overall line efficiency, while maintaining high hygienic and operational standards.
