Description 01
Sprocket-Driven spirals
The SIDE thermal treatment spiral with sprocket-driven system is designed for the continuous transport of food products inside a climate-controlled chamber, where processes such as cooling, freezing, pasteurization, or proofing can take place.
The belt movement is driven by lateral sprockets that act on the edge of the modular belt, ensuring smooth, controlled transport without slippage. Unlike center-driven spirals, this configuration allows the creation of center-empty spirals, available in round or oval shapes, leaving space for the installation of evaporators, fans, or other technical components inside the structure.
