Ravioli machines

SIDE ravioli forming machines are designed for the continuous production of double-sheet ravioli, ideal for fully automated industrial lines or stand-alone configurations. Two continuous pasta sheets are fed into the machine, the filling is precisely dosed, and the ravioli are formed and cut with excellent definition.

Available in 250 mm and 540 mm working widths, the machines feature interchangeable forming tools for the production of different ravioli sizes and shapes (square, half-moon, round, rectangular, etc.).
Production capacity ranges from 400 to 1000 kg/h, depending on the format and the amount of filling per piece.
