Cylinder mills for the production of pasta sheets

A sheeter is generally used to produce a sheet of pasta dough for supplying subsequent machines. The machine is built entirely in stainless steel and, thanks to a series of kneading rollers, picks up the mixture present in the special hopper to turn it into a sheet of pasta dough about 6 mm thick. The sheet is transported to the subsequent machine via the belt that is part of the equipment. Depending on the size of the machine, the sheet may have different widths so that different production capacities can be obtained. Particular attention was paid to cleaning, making the machine easy to open and easily accessible in every part.
